It's not a new hotel, but it's still nice and clean. The room was spacious enough with a comfortable bed and bathroom. What makes this place so nice are the people who work there - always smiling, polite, helpful... everyone - people at the reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies. Other advantages: close to the Unipol Arena (30 minutes of walk or 2 train stops or a few bus stops), easy to reach from Bologna by train and bus, free parking place, easy to get to the road network around Bologna, close to the local shop, good wifi signal. Breakfast was satisfactory - we usually eat a bit more than Mediterranean breakfast, so we appreciated that we could get bacon, eggs, yoghurt. It was nice that we could get the freshly brewed coffee to the breakfast (much better than the one from the machine).

The hotel is just next to food store and has pretty big parking. With the car parked and a train and bus station just behind the hotel, it was a perfect starting point to get to Bologna. It's also great to get to Arena, it's just one train stop, and also very quick by foot. Staff was friendly and breakfast had a lot to pick from. We could order coffe from the bar.

A very good hotel, very classic stylish, almost British. I liked the room and the public spaces. Nice old pictures. stylish retro furniture, also in the room, but in fantastic fashion. I realize it is a personal view, but I liked it a lot. Very fine breakfast, constantly supplemented. Bar available. Restaurant available. Both good. Hotel next to the train stop (I mean next is one minute !)

Close to the highway. The staff is excellent. They let you feel at home, always smiling and trying to accommodate you at their best. Dinner was ok, at a reasonable price. I enjoyed the wine, Lambrusco secco (dry). It's highly recommended. The room was huge and warm. I will save this hotel on my favourite list for future stays. Thanks!

It's a great place to attend the events in Unipol arena. Its just about 15 min by foot.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean with large bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful. Fridge in the room was present. Good Wifi Connection.

Very good, complete breakfast with plenty of options. Large room and comfy bed. Train station right next to the hotel, you could reach Bologna Centrale easily.

I liked the position a lot (very close to Unipol Arena, 10 min walking). The room was very clean and big. Regarding the breakfast it was suitable for all tastes (both Italian and continental one).

We were attending an event at the Unipol Arena and the location is fantastic for that. A short safe walk. All the staff were kind and helpfull. Perfect hotel for our needs on this trip.
